Course Objectives :  The subject will impart knowledge about the duties and responsibilities of food and beverage service department. It provides learners skill of working at the entry in food and beverage service department and also imparts the basic restaurant procedure for different type of set up.

Admission Requirement : SLC/ +2 pass

Training Duration  : 3 months
