Course Objectives : This course will impart knowledge about the duties and responsibilities of Housekeeping Service Department. It provides skill of working at the entry level. After the successful completion of this course, students are expected to understand the basic responsibilities of housekeeping departments, duties and responsibilities of staff, different rooms in the hotel and the basic cleaning procedure.
